What you will do:
We are looking for an International Marketing Operations Manager. This role is critical in ensuring day-to-day operations are working effectively to drive the marketing strategies forward by implementing systems, processes, and tools that enable the marketing team to plan, execute, and measure campaigns with precision. The Marketing Operations Manager will also play a key role in managing the successful execution of new program developments and market openings, ensuring that these projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Process Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing processes that streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Ensure that marketing projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Campaign Optimization:
- Monitor campaign performance and work with international marketing managers to optimize processes for better ROI.
- Project Management:
- Lead the project management efforts for new program development and market openings, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for new programs and market expansion initiatives.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges, and next steps to stakeholders.
- Lead and manage a combination of staff and / or vendor / partner resources as needed.
- Technology & Tools Management:
- Manage marketing technology stack, including CRM (HubSpot), marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and other marketing technologies.
- Identify new tools and platforms that can enhance marketing productivity and effectiveness.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of marketing data across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing strategies.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the International Marketing & Communications Department Lead to ensure alignment on goals and priorities within the marketing team. Work together to enhance communication and coordination, making sure all team members are informed and aligned with the strategic direction.
How you will grab our attention:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, International Relations, or a related field preferred; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in international marketing operations, with a proven track record of managing multi-country marketing campaigns and operations.
- Global Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of international markets, including the ability to navigate cultural, regulatory, and economic differences across regions.
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills, capable of managing complex projects, including new program development and new market openings, across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align marketing operations with the company’s overall strategy, anticipating market trends, and driving long-term success.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategies, processes, and results to both domestic and international audiences.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and quickly adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
- Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, along with a strong understanding of localization best practices.
