What you will do:
We are looking for an International Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies in our international markets. This role is crucial in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences, drive brand awareness, and support the growth of eXp Realty's international presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global marketing, with experience in managing multi-country campaigns and understanding the nuances of different markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- International Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to different international markets, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and regional goals.
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and partnerships, to drive brand awareness and lead generation in international markets.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research on target markets, including cultural, economic, and competitive analysis, to inform marketing strategies and campaign localization.
- Localization: Adapt global marketing content and messaging to resonate with local audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and effectiveness in each market.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global teams, including sales, product, and operations, to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives and support market entry strategies.
- Agency and Vendor Management: Partner with local agencies and vendors to execute campaigns, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of international marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all marketing efforts across different regions maintain a consistent brand identity and message, while allowing for localized creativity.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets for international campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations and cultural sensitivities in each market.

How you will grab our attention:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, International Relations, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in international marketing, with a proven track record of managing multi-country marketing campaigns.
- Global Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of international markets, with experience in navigating cultural, regulatory, and economic differences across regions.
- Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, with a strong understanding of localization best practices.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising, with experience in tailoring strategies for different markets.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders across different time zones.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and results to an international audience.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and quickly adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
- Team Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
