What you will do:
We are seeking an International Social Media Manager to lead our global social media strategy and execution. This role is critical in building and maintaining a strong social media presence that resonates with diverse audiences across various regions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing social media campaigns on a global scale, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances, platform preferences, and trends in different markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with global marketing objectives while tailoring content and campaigns to resonate with local audiences.
- Content Creation and Localization: Oversee the creation of engaging, culturally relevant content for various social media platforms, ensuring that messaging is consistent with the brand while localized for different regions.
- Platform Management: Oversee the management of region-specific platforms, ensuring regular posting and community engagement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and cultural shifts in international markets, adapting strategies to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize international social media campaigns, including organic and paid strategies, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Community Engagement: Foster and manage online communities across different regions, ensuring timely responses and meaningful interactions with followers.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance across regions, using insights to refine strategies and improve engagement and reach.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global marketing, content, and design teams to ensure that social media efforts are aligned with broader marketing initiatives and brand messaging.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and coordinate with local social media managers or agency partners to ensure consistency and quality across all social media efforts.
- Compliance: Ensure that all social media activities comply with local regulations, cultural norms, and platform-specific guidelines.

How you will grab our attention:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus..
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on international or multi-country campaigns.
- Global Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of global social media trends, platform preferences, and cultural nuances across different regions.
- Content Creation: Proven ability to create engaging, visually appealing content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Social Media Tools: Proficient in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and use data to drive decision-making and optimize campaigns.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and quickly adapt to changing social media landscapes and business needs.
- Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, with an understanding of localization best practices.
- Team Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work effectively across different teams and time zones in a remote environment.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
