What you will do: 
We are looking for an experienced and analytical Paid Media & Search Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This role is essential in driving our online advertising efforts, optimizing campaigns across various platforms, and ensuring that our digital presence effectively targets and converts our audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid search, display advertising, and social media advertising, coupled with a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising channels.
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Develop and manage SEM strategies to drive targeted traffic, improve search rankings, and increase lead generation.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, using insights to refine strategies and optimize for key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to inform paid search campaigns and ensure optimal targeting and relevance.
  • A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to continuously improve performance.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns to maximize ROI while adhering to overall marketing goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the content, creative, and social media teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and brand messaging.
  • Reporting: Provide regular performance reports, including actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media and search marketing to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
  • Audience Targeting: Develop and refine audience segmentation and targeting strategies to ensure the most effective reach and engagement.
How you will grab our attention: 
Experience: 3+ years of experience in paid media and search engine marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
Technical Skills: Proficient in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, anPd Google Analytics.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
SEM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of search engine marketing, including keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
Budgeting: Experience managing substantial ad budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing trends, platforms, and technologies in the digital advertising landscape.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Team Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work effectively across different teams and departments in a remote environment.
Certification: Google Ads and/or Bing Ads certification is a plus.
