What you will do:
The Solution Architect will be responsible for the worldwide deployment, enhancement, and maintenance of Oracle ERP Cloud at eXp. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap in understanding and leveraging Oracle ERP Cloud to meet business requirements. The position supports the continuous improvement of finance and accounting processes and systems, company growth, international expansion, and new business initiatives.
- Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of all eXp business systems, including Oracle ERP Cloud, enterprise systems, merchant processing, and document repository systems, and their impacts on the finance and accounting environment.
- Perform gap analysis as needed, and provide solutions/workarounds to fulfill the gaps.
- Must possess experience in end-to-end functional design in Oracle ERP Cloud including the creation of solution design documents, gathering business requirements, and implementing solutions from a functional perspective along with aligning with technical counterparts on the implementation of technical design.
- Collaborate closely and continuously with finance and accounting, brokerage operations, and IT to identify process and system improvement opportunities, recommend, and build solutions.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and deliver expected benefits.
- Support business growth initiatives by developing new systems and processes.
- Continuously collaborate with Oracle Integration Cloud/Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Brokerage Operations Teams to prioritize development projects originating from or impacting the Finance and Accounting Department.
- Lead the integration and adoption of international entities within Oracle ERP Cloud, ensuring alignment with global business processes and compliance with local financial regulations.
- Support month-end financial closing and troubleshoot financial system issues as needed.
- Manage third-party managed services and other contracted work, ensuring eXp maximizes these partner services and technology offerings.
- Lead a small team of functional resources within the group.
How you will grab our attention:
- Bachelor degree in information technology field is required
- 10+ years of relevant work experience;
- Strong direct/ hands-on experience and knowledge with Oracle ERP Cloud (Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, and Cash Management Modules). Exposure to Oracle EPM ARCS and FCCS is a plus.
- Demonstrated prior Oracle Cloud solution architecture and finance system implementation experience in an IT consulting company .
- Must be capable of translating business requirements into functional specifications.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in virtual
