What you will do:
The Team Services, Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all processes related to Team Services, including Brokerage and Team transitions into eXp, maintenance of existing teams and point of contact for current Agents looking to form teams. Serves as the primary point of contact for escalations or day-of questions from management/other departments as well as State Brokers, agents, and other eXp partners. Assists with the successful completion of Team Agent onboarding.
- Works with Team Services, Director in implementing growth strategies
- Works with Team Services, Director in identifying additional training needs and communicates updated processes/procedures to the team, based on findings of inaccuracies throughout JoinApp, Enterprise, HubSpot/Saleshub, & various platforms used
- Works with Team Services, Director on yearly RACI to discuss and determine the participation of various roles in completing tasks or deliverables for a project or business process
- Works with Team Services, Director to align quarterly OKRs with company-wide goals and initiatives
- Works closely with the product/IT team to provide system feedback, testing, and support at launch/release of system improvements
- Administers Teams page in Workplace posting information, sharing to other eXp Groups when appropriate, and making sure roster and Onboarding Operations Org Chart is kept accurate at all times
- Administers appropriate meetings with staff as a team to ensure team building, departmental information, and training is provided
- Oversees and is responsible for personnel mgmt/staffing needs (OT) for their regions and/or the USA
- Developing and updating training materials (SOPS) for staff
- Collaborates and implements new processes and initiatives across the department
- Reviews weekly activity reports and determines where further clarification, training, or oversight is necessary
- Assists with outside and inside escalations and aNPS comment research
- Maintains 1:1 conversations with staff on their performance & growth
