Job Description
The Client Onboarding Consultant, needs the ability to execute and manage, the set up of clients, users, products and payers, as required based off contract, SOW and STI.
The incumbent is accountable for the entire client set up, collection of required documentation, clear documentation of status of process, detailed oriented, meets the expected timeline, and not delay implementation and ongoing client success, raise any concerns with scope, and/or deliverables, to management.
- Reviews and verifies, the accuracy of all required documents, and works with clients and internal teams, to perform all required tasks, for Onboarding clients and a successful implementation
- Coordinates and conducts, Onboarding client meetings, prepares and distributes agenda meeting minutes and documentation collection, to clients
- Collects relevant client information, to setup client accounts
- Participates in all required meetings (internal and external), to support the Onboarding of a client
- Maintains and shares the status of assigned Client Onboarding tasks, and updates all required applications
- Documents, obtains approvals, and tracks all changes, impacting client Onboarding, and communicates changes, and events to concerned parties
- Elevates any issues/concerns, relating to assigned Client Onboarding, to Leadership for guidance and direction
- Develops and maintains, healthy relationships, builds trust and transparency, and promotes loyalty. with clients and internal teams
- Maintains and sustains. performance expectations
- May be required to assist with other assigned duties, as requested by Leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Healthcare Revenue Cycle Experience is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - OneNote, Excel, and Teams
- Salesforce experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge of project management methodology and software tools, of computer systems, processes and PC desktop applications, of business unit products and operations, and of legislation and regulations, impacting business unit industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Limited Travel may be required
