Job Description
Act as a key consultant for GenAI projects, applying a strategic approach towards information systems innovation with a focus on GenAI technologies.
Utilize data flow modeling and workflow analysis to identify business unit needs specific to GenAI applications. Develop and manage reports on GenAI use case performance and outcomes.
Lead the research and preliminary analysis for GenAI project requests. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Work closely with technical architects and developers to plan and implement efficient operational systems supporting GenAI initiatives.
Lead the effort in testing GenAI solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are effective in real-world scenarios.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote the adoption and understanding of GenAI technologies within the business unit.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field, or equivalent work experience with a focus on AI/ML technologies.
Minimum 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a preference for experience in AI/ML or related fields.
Understanding of GenAI technologies, including practical application and theoretical knowledge.
Experience in software development, database design, and data analysis with a focus on AI-driven solutions.
Agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving tech landscapes.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills to translate complex GenAI concepts.
Committed to continuous learning and development in GenAI.
Exceptional attention to detail, especially in testing and quality assurance of GenAI applications.
