Job Description
The Revenue Cycle Solutions Consultant II, will fully own client implementation of Experian products from kick-off through transition, working with other teams and resources as necessary
- Collaborate and ensure standards for quality and customer experience are met across the board
- Collect revenue metrics and product KPIs for the assigned implementation portfolio
- Understand Experian Health’s suite of products and how best to use them within various types of client settings
- Leverage existing workflow strategies that embeds and enhances our products within a client's workflow
- Ability to perform gap analysis and make changes to workflow documents as needed
- Assess revenue cycle operations, make best-practice recommendations related to workflow re-design, organizational design, and effective change management, and professionally deliver the results of analysis, that optimizes our solutions performance and provides the basis for lasting results
- Monitor adoption and value delivered during implementation cycle
- Provide technical teams necessary information to complete implementation build based on discussions had during workflow assessments
- Work closely with Integration Engineers and Technical Consultants
- Problem-solve with oversight to determine risk/issue mitigation/resolution and/or escalation to leadership
- Ability to develop and manage project plans in partnership with PMO from original concept through final implementation, including scope, schedule, and resources using designated tools and templates
- Provide PMO with agenda items, supporting documentation, and updates for status calls
- Schedule all client meetings and critical path activities and coordinate internal resource support as needed
- Request and schedule all testing and training activities with client (in coordination with PMO/Technical Team/Quality Team/Training resources)
- Maintain ongoing positive relationships and establish trust/credibility with internal/external key stakeholders across all levels
- Manage multiple projects concurrently
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Utilize HIS/PMS and product knowledge to operationalize implementation experience for clients from scoping to transition
Qualifications
- 3-5 years healthcare revenue cycle experience, with strong preference for extensive back end revenue cycle experience
- HFMA Certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent project management skills (knowledge of project management process, tools and documentation)
- Extensive knowledge of business unit products and operations
- Strong knowledge of legislation and regulations impacting business unit industry
- Impressive workflow, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Outstanding organization skills and ability to work in a high-paced environment
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Impressive verbal/written communication and influencing skills
- Quality team player
- Ability to think creatively
- Manage information well with a full picture view of the implementation and beyond
- Travel 25% to 50%
