Job Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Manager of Product Marketing to lead our product marketing efforts for Experian Housing. You will bring the go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and overall marketing execution for our housing solutions. You will understand the housing and real estate market, along with experience launching and managing products in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with our goals and increase growth.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of go-to-market plans, including product launches, sales enablement, and promotional activities.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and strategy.
- Positioning and Messaging: Craft compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with target audiences across different channels.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales tools, training materials, and presentations that support product adoption and revenue growth.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars.
- Collaboration: Work with product management, sales, customer success, and other departments to ensure understanding and successful product execution.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track goals to measure the effectiveness of product marketing projects and adjust strategies.
- Customer Insights: Gather and use customer feedback and insights to refine product offerings and enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably within the housing or real estate industry.
- Leadership: Experience leading successful marketing teams and driving initiatives.
- Strategic Thinking: Experience in translating data into applicable insights.
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects at the same time.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
