Job Description

As Senior Director of Identity and Access Management you will provide technical leadership and creativity in evolving Experian's Identity and Access Management (IAM) capability. The senior role drives technical IAM strategy, manages technical development planning, and works with global application and technology teams to design and deploy identity and access control solutions to protect Experian's critical assets. You will led the transformation of Experian's IAM program and will build threat informed defense controls throughout a vast, complex global environment.

You will report to the SVP of Information Security Engineering and Architecture

You will:

  • Collaborate with global business and technical teams to support an enterprise solution that is scalable, and synchronized with Experian's needs.
  • Monitor IAM systems for performance, security incidents, and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Present IAM security risks, program deliverable progress, solutions and recommendations to senior business, risk and technology leaders
  • Build and manage key performance and risk indicators as well as operational key results across Experian's critical IAM control environment
  • Continuously ensure logical security policies and technology supported control processes are performing as intended
  • Effectively manage an enterprise security budget, work with Experian financial partners look around corners to plan for upcoming years
  • Bring your experience and vision to analyze multiple IAM evolving solutions to identify those that meet the requirement and complement the existing tool sets.
  • Work in a structured environment alongside formal project management processes and know when to use an unstructured approach to address the needs for immediate action

Qualifications

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years' related experience in building and operating Identity and Access Management security control technologies
  • 8+ years managing a security team over Identity and Access Management
  • 7+ years required of combined IT and security work experience with a broad exposure to infrastructure/network and multi-platform environments.
  • Strong understanding of risk and logical access management controls for Enterprise Joiner, Mover, Leaver, Recertification, and Segregation of Duty policies and standards.
  • Understanding of identity and access requirements across a complex multi-hybrid cloud platform environment including AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Expert understanding of Identity technologies and understanding of integration of applications within a distributed environment
  • Demonstrate an expert understanding of how security access systems integrate across the enterprise in a global complex environment
  • Experienced in leading large security access system upgrades/projects
