What you’ll do:
Create smart, memorable content to elevate the Fetch brand on our social channels, engaging our user base and to enticing shoppers and potential partners to join the Fetch Fam.
- Design for Fetch social channels, primarily Instagram, Instagram stories, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Threads, and broadcast channels.
- Design assets that support Fetch blog content, including infographics, key imagery, and calls to action.
- Primary content you’ll be creating: organic and paid social media content, website and Fetch blog content, new user activation efforts.
- Secondary content you’ll be creating: digital ads, app store imagery, emails, in app imagery, and more.
How you'll do it:
- Concept, design and iterate, based on provided briefs and feedback.
- Take risks and push Fetch’s style, with an expectation of occasional failure.
- Be solutions-focused: Ask “what do we need to make this happen?” instead of jumping to “we can’t do that”.
- Work within and push Fetch’s established approach to design.
- Balance Fetch’s design ecosystem with the needs of our external brand partners.
- Seek out opportunities for design elevation throughout Fetch’s portfolio of creative work, with a willingness to work collaboratively across teams.
- Adapt content created for other channels to succeed on social media and other external communication outlets.
- Keep on top of trends in content, storytelling, and best practices for design.
- Demonstrate dedication to diversity, inclusion and representation by seeking out & including many perspectives for inspiration, collaboration, and feedback.
Who you’ll work with:
Work with diverse teams across Fetch’s marketing, product, and sales teams
- Work primarily with the social media and blog teams to understand objectives, target specific audiences, drive desired behaviors, and evaluate measurable creative outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with creative team peers – writers, translators, illustrators, animators, designers, photographers, producers, creative leadership and project managers.
- Support design leadership & their initiatives.
Skills we believe you need for this position:
- 3+ years design experience.
- Ability to adapt to and iterate on established design and illustration systems.
- Heavy passion for and interest in the social media landscape, awareness of social trends and moments, and belief in the positive power of the medium.
- Clear and concise communicator.
- A sincere belief in the power of collaboration.
- A self-starter who is proactive and unwilling to wait for others to tell you what to do.
- Ability to transform insights and strategy into excellent creative output.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud programs (especially AI and PS).
- Familiarity with Canva and the ability to build templates for “non-designers” to tap into.
A bonus if you have:
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Animation and/or video editing skills
- Capable of working with digital asset management and workflow management programs
- B2B experience
- Google Drive, Slides, Sheets, & Docs experience
Compensation:
At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $78,000 - $84,000. We also offer all employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch’s growth.
