About the Role:
- The Marketing Operations Manager will report directly to the Director of B2B Marketing and be responsible for leading, managing, and optimizing our marketing operations. This individual will be responsible for maintaining our marketing technology stack, primarily within HubSpot and Salesforce. This role is remote friendly, but Chicago based candidates are a plus.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize all HubSpot-related activities, including marketing automation, CRM management, email campaigns, workflows, lead scoring, and more.
- Salesforce Management (Sales Cloud): Manage and optimize the marketing use of Salesforce Sales Cloud in partnership with our Fetch Salesforce team, ensuring seamless integration with Hubspot and alignment between marketing and GTM operations.
- Manage end-to-end marketing automation processes, including campaign setup, execution, and tracking through HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Maintain and optimize data cleanliness and accuracy across HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce and Hubspot dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive marketing strategy.
- Work with our email marketing team to build email flows, create targeted lists for email marketing, and support the QA process.
- Collaborate with the sales and strat ops teams to manage the marketing funnel and lead lifecycle, ensuring efficient lead handoff between HubSpot and Salesforce, and working with the Demand Marketing team to implement effective lead nurturing programs.
- Ensure seamless integration of HubSpot, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and other marketing tools. Manage data flow and syncs between platforms to enable unified reporting and operational efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support and training for team members on how to effectively use HubSpot, Salesforce, and related tools.
Skills we believe you need for this position:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or similar roles, with a deep understanding of marketing automation and CRM best practices.
- Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CMS.
- Extensive experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Certified Salesforce Admin is a plus.
- Experience with integrations, data management, marketing analytics, report building, and campaign execution.
- Experience in building email marketing flows and nurture campaigns with QA processes. Basic knowledge in HTML coding for emails is a plus.
- Hands-on experience working with sales teams with relevant expertise in lead qualification and handoff.
Compensation:
At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $92,000. We also offer all employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch’s growth.
