We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist with a proven track record in sourcing and hiring for unique and specialized roles. The ideal candidate will manage the entire recruitment cycle, including talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, and the implementation of innovative recruitment initiatives. We seek someone with specific expertise in recruiting for positions such as Amazon Brand Manager, Amazon Graphic Designers, Amazon Product Researcher, Talent Acquisition Specialist, B2B E-commerce Business Developer, and similar roles within the B2B E-commerce space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent for specialized roles in the B2B E-commerce industry.
- Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand across various platforms.
- Innovate Initiatives: Launch and manage new recruitment initiatives to expand our talent pool.
- Collaborate: Work with hiring managers to create and refine job descriptions.
- Source Talent: Utilize databases, social media, and networks to find and engage candidates.
- Improve Candidate Experience: Enhance the recruitment process for a better candidate experience.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain connections with industry professionals and institutions.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment and hiring in the e-commerce industry.
- Recruitment Expertise: Deep understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and databases.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to promote company brand effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workable.
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
