The Opportunity
Flock Safety is looking to hire a Regional Sales Director that will lead a team of Law Enforcement Territory Sales Managers distributed across the country. A successful Director in this role will be comfortable wearing a “player/coach hat” in order to continue developing their Territory Sales Managers, and their territories.
In this role, you will work collaboratively across the organization (technology, customer success, operations, product, etc) to ensure Flock’s products continue to be the best tool to solve crime for our clients. Ultimately, a successful Director should be a strategic thinker with strong relationship building, discovery and creative problem-solving skills.
This is a fully remote position.
The Skillset
3-5+ years as a successful sales leader, preferably in a SaaS environment leading and developing a team of high-growth sellers.
Consistent performance in areas such as: ARR bookings, Pipeline Generation, Forecasting and SFDC administration.
A proven ability to recruit, retain, inspire, and develop top talent
Able to work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Project Management, Marketing and Sales Operations
Proven ability to be a "peer leader"
Outstanding verbal, written, and stand-up presentation skills
Energized by solving customer's problems- e.g. consultative sales approach
Enjoy working in a fast paced, data-driven sales environment

This serves as a preview of the 90 day plan you will receive if you were to be hired as a Regional Sales Director, Law Enforcement - Local Markets.
The First 30 Days
Meet fellow members of the Revenue team, including your direct reports, peers in sales leadership, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, HR, etc.
Complete sales onboarding and become an expert in all things Flock and Law Enforcement sales
Start executing with your team by building pipeline, closing deals, and hiring for your team
The First 60 Days
Continue getting out into the field with your team, attending as many prospect and customer meetings as possible
Create plans for to help with setting expectations for new reps that are onboarding and existing reps
Continuing producing by building pipeline and closing deals with your team
90 Days & Beyond
By 90 days, you are rolling.
Hit your OKRs around bookings, new business, hiring and pipeline generation
Present a "capstone" of recommendations around key markets, metrics, hiring and other strategy areas
The Interview Process

The Hiring Manager Interview: You will meet with your potential future boss to really dive into the role, the team, expectations, and what success means at Flock. This is your chance to really nerd out with someone in your field.
The Technical Assessment: Our technical assessments seek to test the hard skills required to do the job. You will run a mock discovery call with the objective to build interest and show enough value to close us. You will also be given time to to showcase a successful deal you’ve closed and walk them through from start to finish. Your recruiter will ensure you are fully prepared for your big day.
The Executive Review: A chance to meet an executive and view Flock from a different lens. Be prepared to ask well-thought-out questions about the company, culture, and more.

💰Salary & Equity: In this role, you’ll receive a base salary of $125,000 and OTE of $250,000, stock options, and uncapped commissions!
