Flowhub is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our organization as we grow our platform, expand our markets, and deliver additional, best-in-class product offerings to the cannabis industry. This person will work remotely, reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer.
Flowhub’s reporting empowers our customers to run their businesses effectively - whether it's analyzing sales trends, making informed purchasing decisions, or creating staff incentive programs. Our dashboards, reports, and mobile applications provide dispensaries with actionable insights to drive their growth. Flowhub’s best in class API also puts the customer’s data in their hands to help drive downstream processes.
This individual will work directly with our data team and will collaborate with other Flowhub teams/clients. Their primary responsibility will be to ensure customers receive accurate, actionable data and insights. They will also partner with stakeholders at Flowhub to help build out our internal data tools to enable teams to make better decisions.
Responsibilities:
Customer-Centric Insights: Work with engineering and design to build customer-facing dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that help customers optimize their operations while maintaining data consistency across the data systems.
Product Roadmap: Define, own, and conceptualize the future roadmap for internal and external analytics and reporting features.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Collaborate with leadership, product teams, and customers to identify key metrics that measure product success and drive actionable insights.
Execution & Delivery: Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle for reporting features, including discovery, requirements gathering, design, sprint planning, and release.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings in analytics and reporting.
Internal Enablement: Support internal teams by ensuring they can access, interpret, and utilize data effectively in their decision-making processes.
Measuring Product Success: Define and track KPIs to measure the success of analytics and reporting features, driving continuous improvement based on performance data.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in product management in a start-up environment with a track record of inception to productionalization/adoption success
Ability to take ownership of the entire product development lifecycle - Discovery, Delivery, and Enablement
Experience turning a wealth of data into actionable insights for a variety of user personas
A background in data analytics, familiarity with SQL, Clickhouse, LogRocket, Superset, BigQuery, or other self-serve analytics tooling
Basic understanding of accounting and finance concepts, including revenue recognition, cost analysis, and financial reporting
Understanding and embracing an ‘extreme prioritization’ mentality
Low-ego, scrappy ‘get it done’, team-first mentality in everything you do
Extremely detailed oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Client feedback obsessed, taking/challenging the independent and unbiased opinions of stakeholders and clients alike to conceptualize the best forward-thinking designs
This role is open to anyone within the United States, except candidates in CA, NY, or WA, with compensation that aligns with your location. Starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays, unlimited paid time off, and other benefits.
Base Salary $130,000 - $170,000 + Equity
