Job Description

Forbes Advisor is hiring! We are looking for a CRM Content Associate to join our growing Operations team.

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly into Sr. Manager of CRM, collaborating with multiple verticals / business units.
  • Scrape and enhance site content to create effective email marketing campaigns in line with brand voice.
  • Creative writing and grammatical edit knowledge are a must.
  • Work with Business Unit GMs to develop CRM content that increases user journeys and improves audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. CRM Associate on email design and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Conduct A/B testing on image selection, CTAs and audience insights to measure campaign effectiveness. 
  • Build and manage content catalogs in Iterable or other third-party data feed tools.

About You:

  • 2-5 year’s experience creating content for user journeys in Iterable or similar CRM platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML.
  • Demonstrated understanding of successful email design keeping up with industry trends
  • Ability to gather content from multiple editorial teams and internal resources
  • Proven understanding of effective email design and industry standards.
  • Ability to gather content from various editorial teams and internal resources.
  • 2-3 years experience in CRM best practices, experimentation infrastructure, conversion rate optimization and AB testing.
  • Experience managing the end-to-end experimentation process, including hypothesis setting, test design, KPI selection and goals, test execution, results measuring, and recommendations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize projects based on impact.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Comfortable collaboratively with teammates across multiple geographies and time zones.

Nice To Haves:

  • Experience with Iterable and HTML email design.
  • A passion for creating data-driven content in a multichannel environment
  • Have 2-5 years CRM experience, including segmentation and audience building and proficient in using catalogs and snippets to deliver targeted content.
