About This Role
Found is seeking a Staff Engineer to join the Engineering team. Reporting to our Director of Engineering, you will be instrumental in enabling medical providers to deliver effective and efficient care for our patients. As a Staff Engineer, you will be a key team member, collaborating closely with the product and operations teams to influence and shape our product strategy and roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product team to design, implement, and release experiments and features to enhance both member and provider experience and optimize workflows across our internal applications.
- Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to optimize successful features and improve the overall performance of our applications.
- Write, maintain, and iterate on high-quality code efficiently and safely.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, contributing to the team's overall technical direction and culture.
- Lead initiatives to adopt new technologies and frameworks that enhance our engineering practices.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with backend and frontend technologies.
- Full-stack experience working with Node.js and React.
- Proven track record of advocating for and implementing new technologies that drive organizational success.
- Strong experience with relational databases and large-scale data systems.
- A passion for writing clean, maintainable, and self-documenting code.

- Previous experience working for a healthcare technology company.
- Passion for improving patient health through technology.
- Background as a technical lead, manager, or architect.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives within an organization.
