ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Operations at Freed, you will be an integral part of our finance and operations team, responsible for building, overseeing, and optimizing our operational processes. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about healthcare innovation, is a top executor, has an owner's mindset and is highly organized.

HOW YOU’LL HAVE IMPACT

  • Acts as internal champion, ensuring that company processes and projects are properly resourced, managed, and executed following agreed timelines, budgets, and department goals.

  • Develop and implement processes to enhance Freed’s efficiency and productivity- helping us to move quicker week over week.

  • Assist in planning and organizing company gatherings, events and activities.

  • Design and oversee onboarding programs to ensure new employees are successfully integrated into the company.

  • Administer benefits programs and manage payroll processing.

  • Oversee daily operations and provide administrative support.

  • Manage and collect invoices, track payments and handle tax payments and returns.
