Job summary:
Freedx is seeking an experienced Python Trading Developer to work closely with a team of quants and traders to design, implement, and enhance algorithmic trading strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Development of our Python based, trading and market making platform.
- Implementation of new trading strategies in cooperation with our Quant researchers.
- Improvements of real-time strategy monitoring and alerting.
- Investigate and resolve any production issues.
- Improvements of the CI pipeline and test coverage.
- Python knowledge/experience, including async.
- Exposure to the Python scientific stack (e.g. Pandas, Numpy, Scipy)
- Knowledge of docker and ideally some Kubernetes.
- Knowledge/understanding of connecting to exchanges via REST & Websocket API's.
- Basic understanding of financial markets & trading.
- Understanding of relational and key/value databases.
