About The Role
We are looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to join the Porch Swing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, entering, and updating product data between internal and external systems as we overhaul our SKU system. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to join a high-performing team, gain experience managing ecommerce product data at scale, and grow alongside the company taking on larger responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage, enter, and update product data in internal systems
- Reformat product SKUs as a part of an overarching system overhaul
- Reference vendor files and match product SKUs with internal system
- Compare/match SKUs across vendors, internal systems, and ecommerce platforms
- Utilize Excel and an internal ERP (Brightpearl) to consolidate data from different sources
- Navigate Shopify, Wayfair, and Amazon to manage product data and update as needed
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years experience in ecommerce required
Experience using Excel and Shopify required
- 1-2 years experience in project management preferred
- Experience using/managing Wayfair and Amazon preferred
- Experience using an ERP preferred (Brightpearl specifically is ideal but not required)
- Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Superb written/spoken english to communicate technical intricacies of product data
- Ability to work in EST for at least 2-3 hours per day
