Funnel Leasing Inc., is hiring for an Associate Quality Assurance Engineer that can 'work from anywhere' in the U.S. The Associate Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for collaborating with Developers and Product to drive high quality and rigorous testing for Funnel software. A successful candidate will be interested in testing, QA and knows how to work collaboratively. This role will work on a cross-functional product development team responsible for building and maintaining our Virtual Leasing Agent + AI product. This position will report to the QA Manager. The Associate Quality Assurance Engineer essential roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Roles and responsibilities Applies systems analysis techniques and procedures, through the collaboration with Developers and Product Management to determine software or system functional specifications and ensure quality is applied through the software development life cycle.Primary catalyst for ensuring the right testing happens on team’s computer software and computer program releases according to system design specifications, while also assisting with the testing of computer software related to the operating systems.Partners with team to define quality standards, health and processesWorks with team to identify and mitigate risksEnsures team has the right test cases for feature and regression testingTravel <5% Culture Create a culture of continuous improvement and learning Foster collaboration within team and across the companyPerforms other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion Education, Work Experience and Certifications Bachelor’s degreeAbility to collaborate with and communicate effectively to teams having both a technical and non-technical audienceSome experience in QA or software development, relevant work experience (customer support, product management, user research, business analytics, etc), or a new college graduate, or Familiarity in being able to test softwareAbility to read requirements for a product and create a plan for testing those requirementsDetail-oriented Ability to learn quickly, act on received feedback to improve, and desire to make an immediate impact together Don't meet every single requirement?
