We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Creator to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of content creation skills, social media expertise, and project management capabilities to help build and maintain an omnipresent personal and business brand.
Core Responsibilities:
- Produce and edit high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting.
- Utilize tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, and CapCut for content creation.
- Manage and optimize content across platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Implement strategies to grow followers, engage audiences, and manage influencer partnerships.
- Use social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) to schedule posts and track performance.
- Analyze data from Google Analytics and social media insights to track KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing and ROI analysis to optimize campaigns.
- Moderate social media groups, comments, and messages.
- Manage brand reputation and foster positive community interactions.
- Create and manage email sequences and sales funnels using CRM systems like Go High Level and Active Campaign.
- Use project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com) to prioritize tasks and manage timelines.
- Execute social media advertising campaigns and manage budgets across platforms.
- Apply SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online visibility.

Must-Have Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, content distribution, content creation and problem-solving.
- Experience with Email marketing campaigns.
- Prior experience working in the US market
- Familiar with CRM systems like Active Campaign and Go High Level.

- Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management and strategic thinking.
- Proficient in social media design, video editing, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and adaptable to new trends and platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and contribute to brand-building strategies.
- Empathy and attention to detail in audience engagement and brand consistency.
- C1 level of English both written and verbal

- Webpage and landing page creation.
- Advanced understanding of advertising and campaign optimization.
