Unicorn Role Overview:

Do you have a passion for sales and customer engagement? As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be the driving force behind our clients' sales operations, supporting their teams with vital tasks that ensure smooth and effective sales processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and excels in providing top-notch support to sales teams. You’ll work closely with sales executives, helping to manage leads, streamline processes, and close deals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Management: Assist in managing and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication.
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to sales teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling client correspondence.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, analyzing data to provide insights and track performance against targets.
  • Order Processing: Handle order processing and ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather market intelligence to support sales strategies.
  • Proposal Preparation: Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other sales documents.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients and prospects, addressing inquiries and providing information on products and services.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives and strategies.
  • Follow-Up: Manage post-sales follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support or a similar role, preferably in a virtual setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, or Google Suite.
  • A proactive approach to managing tasks and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
