ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Full Stack Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building high-performance, scalable web applications using Node.js and React. You will work on various projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, user-friendly solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Frontend Development: Design and develop responsive user interfaces using React.js.Backend Development: Build and maintain server-side applications and APIs with Node.js.Database Management: Design, implement, and optimize databases (SQL or NoSQL).Code Quality: Follow best practices and write clean, maintainable, and testable code.Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences.Deployment: Manage cloud services and CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.Troubleshooting: Identify and fix performance issues, bugs, and other technical challenges.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
Experience with React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Hooks, Context API).Hands-on experience with Node.js and popular frameworks (Express, NestJS, Sequelize).Proficiency in RESTful APIs and WebSocket integration.Experience with building and maintaining USSD interfaces and developing APIs.Familiarity with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Knowledge of GraphQL and serverless architecture is a plus.
