We're actively looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to support our sales development team. Primary responsibilities will include improving business processes, running analysis, and leading planning for the SDR organization. Integral part of GTM organization, key role in pipeline generation. Projects run by this role have a major impact on revenue. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be highly-organized, collaborative, and a dynamic self-starter.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Execution Partner: Own day-to-day operational support across Grafana’s Sales Development team.
- Share insights: Define and measure health metrics for the marketing-to-sales handoff
- Provide structure for scale: Develop reliable business processes to fit rapid growth
- De-risk GTM investment: Provide long-term vision to leaders by guiding planning
- Inform decision making: Prepare analysis and recommendations for new initiatives

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in finance, consulting, business/revenue operations roles.
- Highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- Highly proficient in Powerpoint or Google Slides
- Experience with Salesforce and understanding of database fundamentals
- Experience with LeanData or lead routing models
- Experience with SQL preferred
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to express complex topics clearly
- Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness
In the United States, the OTE compensation range for this role is $115,000 - 140,000 Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable), and other benefits listed on our careers page.
