Grafana is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Global Billing Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Finance Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our operations and supporting the rapid growth of our innovative company.

Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Execute cash application and reconciliation procedures with precision.
- Customer Support: Manage billing adjustments and customer data reconciliation across multiple systems.
- Billing Management: Efficiently handle the billing ticket queue and oversee billing and collections for our self-serve customer base.
- Client Onboarding: Lead the successful onboarding of Grafana as a vendor for new clients.
- Month-End Close: Assist with billing analysis, monthly GL account reconciliation, and AR aging analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with various teams and undertake special projects as needed.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve root cause issues in billing and collections processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce and advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Netsuite.
- Autonomy and Problem-Solving: Ability to manage projects independently and solve problems creatively.
- Communication and Customer Service: Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.

- Ideally someone with experience with Marketplace Channel offerings: AWS, GCP, or Azure offerings OR someone who possesses the drive and aptitude for analyzing and interpreting reports
- Prior experience with Zendesk is a plus.
In the US, the Base compensation range for this role is $63,000 - $75,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable), and other benefits listed on our careers page.
