The Project Implementation Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Project Management team. As their manager, you'll confidently lead and promote a high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and goal attainment. You'll interface with all the teams in the implementation process, gaining full exposure and strong influence across the entire implementation team that makes our CMS offering the best in class. Candidates must bring a consultative approach and a "whatever it takes" attitude to ensure client success.
\n- Team leadership. Provide direction and day to day leadership to a team of Project Managers
- Develop and maintain a high performing and engaged employees through effective hiring, coaching, and talent management processes
- Influence and implement a management strategy to effectively forecast, plan, and control the demand for resources based on business priority, scope, cost, and skills
- Oversee the delivery of multiple technology projects, ensuring that solutions meet goal date commitments and scope of work throughout the entire implementation process
- Continuously work with the team to assess and review projects' health
- Manage escalated communications, decision risks, and issues to business leaders on time to avoid a negative impact on the projects' schedule
- Actively champion and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices
- Define, track and measure overall performance and metrics, identifying opportunities to gain efficiencies to expedite project delivery
- Facilitate effective communication between the customers, support and delivery teams
- Support change management needs to ensure the optimal customer experience and timely delivery of projects
- Follow implementation standards and maintain documentation of critical processes
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
- 8+ years of experience as a software/tech industry experience including at least four years in project management
- Leadership experience with increased levels of accountability
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- End to end understanding of full IT and software development lifecycle, web environment is preferred
- Problem-solving facilitation groups must be able to find creative ways to influence others to accomplish objectives on time
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize work, demonstrating the ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and reacting to risk
- Excellent analytical skills
- Expert-level using at least a project management tool (Wrike, Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- PMP Certification is a plus
