GrowthAssistant is looking for a Lead Generation and Social Media Manager. This teammate will research and build a list of prospective clients, manage leads in the CRM, conduct email outreach and appointment setting and manage the social media accounts.

Salary Range:  Up to 80,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Must Have:

  • 2+ years of experience with SDR outreach activities (verbal and written comms)
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferable)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar tool) for prospecting and list building (client utilizing: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, OutReach, Seamless)
  • Demonstrated experience achieving and exceeding monthly goals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ years experience with organic social management for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Ability to work on any US Timezone



Core Tasks:

  • Generate leads and build a list (i.e. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, OutReach, Seamless, Salesforce, Google forms etc.) - parameters given by the client
    • Assist in scraping and qualifying leads through research and email exchange
  • Enrich and decorate CRM data as needed
  • Calendar management and coordination (scheduling / rescheduling meetings, time-zone management, etc.)
  • Manage outreach to warm prospects that have yet to book calls/meetings with sales reps.
  • Track outreach activities, goals, and targets within Salesforce 
  • Escalate prospect inquiries as needed
  • Book meetings on sales calendars as needed
  • Set appointments, send follow up emails.
  • Outbound emails per client templates
  • Draft outbound emails and follow up, share feedback and designs
  • Engage with leads on social media, ICPs in desired verticals
  • Community management: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
  • Keeping tabs on competitors, competitor research
  • Drive creation and execution of a monthly content calendar
  • Post organic content on social platforms (copy and images provided)
  • Community management (monitor / engage on social within client provided framework)
  • Track various data / project statuses using GSheets / Excel or PM tool
  • Scan competitor posts and provide notes on potential content ideas
  • Monitor analytics and deliver performance reporting
