GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Associate with 1-2 years of experience in a SaaS environment. You thrive in a fast-paced, tech-savvy workplace and are comfortable using marketing automation tools like HubSpot and project management platforms like Asana. You will take on challenges, follow clear instructions, and keep projects moving forward efficiently without feeling overwhelmed. Your ability to manage repetitive tasks with precision and your enthusiasm for learning new tools will make you a strong fit for this role.
Salary Range: PHP 40,000 - 70,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

- Assist in executing marketing projects and assets focusing on emails and interactive product demos using tools like HubSpot and Navattic, including creating and editing emails and interactive tours
- Conduct competitor research, gather market intelligence, and update and maintain competitive data using tools like Klue, Gong, and Notion
- Manage and track product launch campaigns within Asana, including starting the creation of assets, routing them for approvals, and ensuring tasks are completed by specific dates
- Perform administrative tasks such as pulling lists, sending emails, and maintaining project calendars
- 2 years of experience as a Marketing Associate in a SaaS company
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot
- Experience using project management tools like Asana
- Experience using internal wiki tools like Notion
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute rote, repeatable tasks
- Proactive communication skills and comfort with working in tech environments
- Ability to work under clear guidance and with precise instructions without being overwhelmed
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work in the Central Standard Time (PST) zone.
- Recent experience working in US office hours
- Experience with Navattic, Klue, and/or Gong
- Basic HTML knowledge for hyperlinking and editing emails and/or tours
