Salary Range: PHP 45,000 - 60,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

- Review and evaluate candidate records in Bullhorn ATS for accuracy and completeness.
- Update candidate profiles to reflect accurate qualifications, skills, and statuses (e.g., RN vs. LPN or “Not in Profession” for unqualified applicants).
- Maintain consistent data cleanup standards to ensure uniformity across all eight company brands.
- Support efforts to map resumes to appropriate job skills and classifications for healthcare and education staffing.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to the team lead on completed records and areas of improvement.
Must-Have:
- 1+ year of experience with ATS platforms (Bullhorn or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate resumes for relevant qualifications.
- Basic understanding of healthcare and education staffing roles or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Experience in data cleanup, data entry, or related administrative tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a secure environment and follow confidentiality guidelines.
- Ability to work EST hours.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with staffing processes and candidate placement workflows.
- Previous experience with multi-brand or large-scale data systems.
- Background in healthcare or education industries.
