Description
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing candidates for various job roles within the company. This role requires effective communication and relationship-building skills to ensure a seamless recruitment process from candidate search to job offer. The recruitment specialist will collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure high-quality candidates are shortlisted and endorsed for onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize multiple recruitment channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to source potential candidates for open roles
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates
  • Prepare detailed profiles of shortlisted candidates and endorse them to the HR team for onboarding

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • At least 2 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and tools

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time - 40 hours per week
  • Fixed PH graveyard shift (EST)
  • Fully and permanently remote
