Description
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing candidates for various job roles within the company. This role requires effective communication and relationship-building skills to ensure a seamless recruitment process from candidate search to job offer. The recruitment specialist will collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure high-quality candidates are shortlisted and endorsed for onboarding.

- Utilize multiple recruitment channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to source potential candidates for open roles
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
- Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Extend job offers to selected candidates
- Prepare detailed profiles of shortlisted candidates and endorse them to the HR team for onboarding
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- At least 2 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously
- Knowledge of recruitment software and tools
Working Conditions:
