The Role
Core Tasks:- Handle new user setup, deactivation, and manage roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules
- Execute configuration changes such as Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
- Oversee sandbox environment management
- Collect requirements from end users and translate them into best practice solutions focused on user experience
- Communicate platform changes to end users and stakeholders
- Enhance Salesforce data quality through rules and automation
- Conduct proactive system maintenance including security reviews, release updates, health checks, and optimizations
- Provide support through user tickets and monitor user adoption
- Conduct new user training and ongoing training for existing users
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Work with integrated applications like PandaDoc, Gong, Outreach, Slack, HubSpot, NetSuite, and Zapier
The Requirements
MUST-HAVES:
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Sales Cloud
- Certified Salesforce Administrator - Advanced Admin and/or Platform App Builder are a plus
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
- A proactive approach to platform enhancements and system maintenance.
- Ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms and clearly explain design options and their potential impacts
- Experience in providing user support and training
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work EST 9 - 5
- Any additional Salesforce certifications
- Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree or professional qualification
- Experience with Salesforce implementation
- Familiarity with tools like PandaDoc, Gong, Outreach, Slack, HubSpot, NetSuite, and Zapier
- Experience using project management tools like Asana
