On behalf of MSpark, GT is looking for a MS Dynamics 365 Developer who is interested in working on one of the largest advertising companies in USA.

By combining consumer and marketplace data, they also craft coordinated campaigns using a seamless mix of shared mail, direct mail, trigger-based marketing, and digital advertising solutions to achieve clients' marketing goals.

Headquartered near Birmingham, Alabama they work with businesses of all sizes and industries like Pizza Hut, Walmart, Arbys, Revlon, Midas, etc.

Project Details

  1. The main goal of this project is to assess the existing CRM setup, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable solutions to optimize the system. The project will involve two potential paths - optimization & migration. 

  2. Project tech stack:

    • Client Side - jQuery/JavaScript/HTML and CSS

    • Server Side - MS SQL Server for database, C#, .NET Core, Azure

  3. Involvement: part-time/full-time on a T&M basis 

Responsibilities:

  • Audit the current Dynamics 365 setup to understand its configuration and functionality.

  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and reduce manual work.

  • Develop and implement dashboards for lifecycle analytics and reporting to identify bottlenecks and streamline operations.

  • If optimization is deemed unfeasible, propose a suitable CRM system as a replacement.

  • Develop a data transfer and migration plan, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

  • Participate in meetings with the team

Essential knowledge, skills & experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other leading CRM platforms.

  • Strong coding skills using C#/.Net Core technical stack

  • Experience in CRM system audits, configuration, and optimization.

  • Skills in data migration, automation, and dashboard creation for actionable insights.

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and align solutions with business goals.

  • Knowledge & hands-on experience with Azure will be a plus
