Position Summary
HackerOne is seeking an experienced Order Management Specialist to join our Finance team and support our rapid growth. This role’s primary responsibilities include managing and recording sales transactions in the Salesforce platform accurately and timely. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Revenue (i.e. sales), Legal, and other Finance team members to understand deal terms and ensure information accuracy and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will thrive in a cross-functional environment, possess a strong attention to detail, and be capable of managing multiple priorities.This role will be based in the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States or Canada and is fully remote.
What You Will Do
Partner with sales and legal teams to understand deal terms and resolve any billing, accounting, or business policy issues.
Ensure deal conformance with the company’s policies and process guidelines.
Perform final reviews of deals to ensure completeness and accuracy of opportunities, including validating and updating Salesforce (SFDC) quote and order data against all contractual agreements, purchase orders (POs), approvals, and other supporting documentation.
Ensure accurate deal metrics are reported to help the company understand performance.
Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
Work with business users and cross-functional teams to identify problems, process gaps, and assist in ongoing process improvements related to order processing, deal closure, invoicing, and collections workflows.
Ensure that deals marked as close won in Salesforce (SFDC) are accurately synced into the Workday revenue system on a daily basis. Resolve any related issues promptly to enable invoicing in accordance with company policy.
Assist in executing an efficient and accurate monthly and quarterly financial close and reporting process, with a willingness to work additional hours during quarter-end.
Minimum Qualifications

3-5 years of professional finance experience in an in-house finance team within a technology company.
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong experience with Salesforce CRM.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be based remotely in the UK. HackerOne is a digital-first company. This model offers our employees flexibility in time and location. All employees must be able to work and excel in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience at SaaS companies in an operations role.
Experience with Workday ERP systems is a plus.
General understanding of Accounts Receivable and the collection process.
