Position Summary
The Post-Sales Operations Manager will play a key role in shaping and driving the strategy of the Post-Sales organization at HackerOne. Reporting to the VP of Post-Sales, this role will support the day-to-day operations across multiple teams (Triage, Implementation, Solutions Architecture, Support, and Mediation). The role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and is adept at developing strategies and maintaining operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with the VP of Post-Sales to define, execute, and monitor the strategic initiatives for the Post-Sales department.
Ensure all operational processes within Triage, Implementation, Solutions Architecture, Support, and Mediation are efficient, scalable, and align with business goals.
Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track the progress and success of Post-Sales teams.
Manage and optimize workflows and processes to ensure smooth operations, resource allocation, and effective collaboration across teams.
Serve as a key point of contact between Post-Sales teams and other departments (e.g., Product, Customer Success, Sales), ensuring alignment and communication.
Assist in capacity planning and resource management to meet customer demand and scale team efforts.
Lead efforts to standardize tools, processes, and documentation to drive consistency and improve efficiency across the Post-Sales organization.
Act as a project manager for key initiatives, coordinating teams, timelines, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
Support the VP of Post-Sales with budgeting, reporting, and forecasting to ensure alignment with the company’s financial goals.
Identify opportunities for improvement and work proactively to implement process enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business strategy, preferably in a technical or post-sales environment.
Demonstrated experience in building and optimizing processes and workflows to improve organizational efficiency.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders.
Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Salesforce, or similar platforms).
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
Experience in capacity planning, resource management, and budgeting.
Must be based remotely in US or Canada. HackerOne is a digital-first company. This model offers our employees flexibility in time and location. All employees must be able to work and excel in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the cybersecurity or technology industry.
Knowledge of post-sales operations within a technical or SaaS environment.
Familiarity with the roles and functions of Triage, Implementation, Solutions Architecture, Support, and Mediation teams.
PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
