Position Summary
As a Finance Analyst specializing in Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of our sales initiatives and go-to-market strategies. You will work closely with the sales team, GTM strategists, and finance department to provide insightful analysis, forecast accuracy, and financial guidance to drive revenue growth and optimize business performance.
Located remotely in the United States and reports directly to VP, Strategic Finance.
What You Will Do
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of sales performance, GTM initiatives, and related metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate with sales leaders and GTM teams to develop accurate budgets and forecasts aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Sales Performance Evaluation:
Evaluate sales pipeline, conversion rates, and sales productivity metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.
Partner with sales operations to analyze sales performance by product, region, customer segment, and salesperson, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Go-To-Market Strategy Support:
Assist in the financial evaluation of new GTM strategies, product launches, pricing models, and market expansion plans.
Provide financial modeling and analysis to assess the profitability, ROI, and financial viability of GTM initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations to align financial goals with business objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Process Improvement and Efficiency:
Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance financial reporting capabilities, and improve data accuracy.
Implement best practices and standardized methodologies to optimize financial planning and analysis activities.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years experience as a financial analysis
Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis tools (e.g., Gsheets, Excel, Salesforce).
Proven experience in partner management, with a focus on supporting specific departments, ideally Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
Must be based remotely in the US. HackerOne is a digital-first company. This model offers our employees flexibility in time and location. All employees must be able to work and excel in a remote environment.

Experience working in a sales finance or GTM support role.

Tier B: $111,600 - $139,000
Tier C: $105,000 - $132,000
