Position Summary
HackerOne is looking for an experienced Strategic Enablement Manager, GTM Programs to develop and manage enablement programs designed to increase efficiency and effectiveness across our customer-facing teams. You will be a senior individual contributor on our GTM Enablement Team, focused on increasing Sales and Customer Success productivity through integrated systems, methodology, tools, and processes. In this role, you will partner with Revenue Leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders to increase Revenue Team efficiency and effectiveness, enable managers to coach and improve performance, and identify process and tooling gaps to deploy cohesive solutions.
This role is crucial for driving Revenue Team Onboarding, value-based methodology, skill development programs, and change management. The ideal candidate for this role is an expert in designing programs to be bite-sized, sustainable, measurable and repeatable, with delivery optimized for a blended learning environment.
This position is located remotely in the United States (preferably on the East Coast) and reports to our Senior Director, GTM Enablement.
What You Will Do
Lead the development and implementation of strategic enablement initiatives to support sales and customer success objectives
Collaborate with senior leadership to define enablement priorities and align programs with business goals
Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions for sales and customer success teams
Develop and manage a cohesive, digital-first onboarding program that accelerates ramp time for Revenue Team new hires with a wide range of experience and roles supporting the Customer Journey
Implement value-based methodology at scale, and embedded across roles, systems and processes
Define desired behavioral change with clear, measurable outcomes for every program
Analyze performance metrics and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform priorities
Serve as a subject matter expert on methodologies, product offerings, and industry trends, delivering insights and best practices to the organization
Develop and maintain a repository of enablement resources, including training materials, playbooks, activities and tools
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training and development, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
Experience implementing value-based methodologies
Experience creating bite-sized, scalable learning content
Demonstrated success in designing and executing successful blended learning programs that drive measurable improvements in sales performance and customer success
Proven ability to manage change and influence cross-functional teams to drive results in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner
Strong understanding of digital tools, platforms, and technologies used for enablement, including CRM, sales automation software, conversation intelligence, content management, learning management, and authoring software
Ability to analyze and solve problems, perform complex tasks and prioritize multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
Experience running enablement programs for a cybersecurity or other computer network / information technologies company
