JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and coachable Account Representative to join our dynamic team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Acting as the main point of contact between the company and clients.Ensuring that all contracts and necessary paperwork are signed.Preparing invoices and submitting them to clients (as needed).Maintaining an accurate record of client payments (as needed).Improving sales by attracting new clients through cold-calling, emailing, and following company-generated leads.Introducing new company products and services to existing clients.Professionally resolving client complaints and reporting them to management as required.Developing and maintaining solid client relationships by regularly following up on clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
English speaking with an excellent accentTechnically proficient with basic data collection and entryAvailable to take inbound calls and scheduled appointmentsSkilled in GHL and call center software (has used them before)Experience in sales or appointment-setting rolesExperience in customer service or success roles (client-facing on calls)Available during Australia business hours, and after-hours (evenings will be prime time for this).Coachable and receives feedback well.
