Happy Money is seeking a talented Product Designer to join our Product team. In this role, you’ll contribute to building delightful and cohesive user experiences across our lending and servicing platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual and functional aspects of our design systems and component libraries, ensuring polished, intuitive, and scalable solutions.

- 3+ years of professional experience in product design, ideally including work on design systems and component libraries.
- Consulting experience is a plus, providing exposure to diverse projects and iterative design processes.
- Strong visual design skills with a portfolio showcasing polished UI and cohesive design systems.
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and collaboration with engineering teams.
- Ability to move quickly, iterate effectively, and not become overly attached to designs.
- Startup mentality: thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with a focus on delivering results.
- Team player: collaborates well with cross-functional partners and maintains a positive, adaptable attitude.
