Heidi is on a mission to half the time it takes to deliver world-class care. We believe that in 2050 every clinician will practice with AI systems that free them from administrative burden and increase the quality and accessibility of care to patients across the world. Today, we have a suite of tools that modernise the way patients receive and clinicians provide care. Heidi Scribe transcribes consultations to generate clinical notes, documents and next-step actions. These tools are being stitched into a platform that will define a new mode of providing healthcare.
We’ve recently raised our $10M Series A led by Australia's largest VC firm, Blackbird Ventures and we have an ambitious global go-to-market strategy starting with the US. Therefore we’re hiring a Clinical Associate to support the customer success efforts of our clinical AI products, by providing our users with detailed & precise templates to assist with their document generation on Heidi.
Clinicians using Heidi are able to use custom templates to generate notes and clinical documents according to their preferred format, with the click of a button. Documents can vary in complexity, from simple referral letters & medical certificates, to long specialist notes detailing nuanced details of the consult, in a highly specific format.
What you’ll do:
Use your clinical aptitude to design and customise specialised note & document templates upon request by clinicians.
Develop a deep understanding of our product and the diverse requirements of our users.
Transform document examples provided by our users, into meticulously crafted templates that are compatible with Heidi.
Collaborate with users to optimise & enhance their existing templates, enabling them to achieve their desired output .
Provide exceptional customer support to our users, by promptly addressing inquiries, and efficiently triaging and resolving issues.
What we will look for:
Medical, dental, and allied health students with at least 5-10 hours of availability per week.
An extremely organised individual who manages their time effectively.
Self-starter who is highly motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving skills with an analytical and clinician-obsessed mindset
