Description

Heidi is on a mission to half the time it takes to deliver world-class care. We believe that in 2050 every clinician will practice with AI systems that free them from administrative burden and increase the quality and accessibility of care to patients across the world. Today, we have a suite of tools that modernize the way patients receive and clinicians provide care. Heidi Scribe transcribes consultations to generate clinical notes, documents and next-step actions. These tools are being stitched into a platform that will define a new mode of providing healthcare.

We’ve recently raised our $10M Series A led by Australia's largest VC firm, Blackbird Ventures and we have an ambitious global go-to-market strategy in which we will continue to scale our clinical products. Therefore we’re hiring a DevOPs Engineer to supercharge our software development and security infrastructure and help us build AI tools that clinicians can’t live without.

We are looking for an SRE / DevSecOps Engineer to join our engineering team working on securely scaling Heidi’s infrastructure as a whole.

  • Basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code, ideally with Terraform.

  • Knowledge of version control, preferably Git.

  • Willingness to dive into IT support areas, including MDM and similar systems, when necessary.

  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving.

  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to various infrastructure projects.

  • A focus on fast delivery with quality.

  • Unafraid to get your hands dirty to solve a wide range of shifting challenges and priorities - you need to be comfortable wearing a few different hats.

  • Self-starting mindset with high degree of autonomy and ownership in task execution.

  • Passion to build in healthcare and leave a legacy for all the patients that Heidi graces.

  • Bonus: Any certifications or coursework related to AWS, Terraform, or other relevant tools, and understanding of security best practices and compliance standards (ISO27001, SOC2)
