The Role

We are seeking a story point wizard; a skilled and versatile Full-Stack Software Developer to help us usher in safe and beautiful AI experiences to healthcare.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment but can also work independently to deliver high-quality software features.

What you’ll do:

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, with a focus on code structure design and scalability.

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to solve challenging technical problems and foster rapid growth.

  • Conduct research and implement industry-leading engineering practices.

  • Work with microservices and Kafka or a similar framework.

  • Ensure alignment between code structure and system design with best practices.

  • Troubleshoot and debug software defects, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining application performance.

  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.

  • Lead and mentor junior engineers and team members on significant projects.

What we will look for:

  • Strong skills in Python & Next.js.

  • Preferred experience with using LLMs to build Applications.

  • Experience with both relational and non-relational databases.

  • High standards for code quality, with a focus on delivering maintainable code.

  • Experience in system design & code structure is highly desirable.

  • Experience with AWS or other cloud services is beneficial.

  • Strong sense of ownership, combined with solid problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, effectively communicating and coordinating with team members.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and delivering high-quality results.
