Position Overview:
Henry Meds is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Operations to build and lead our new Product Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for laying the groundwork for our product operations function, ensuring our processes and systems support the efficient delivery of our telehealth solutions. You will help define and implement operational strategies that align with our business goals and accelerate our product development lifecycle.

As the Senior Manager of Product Operations, you will report to the Vice President of Product and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, marketing, and engineering. Your leadership will be key in driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and ensuring our product initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy Development: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with product development goals and overall business objectives.

 

Team Building: Establish and lead the product operations team, including hiring, mentoring, and developing team members to build a high-performing function.

 

Process Optimization: Design and refine processes and systems to enhance efficiency and streamline the delivery of our telehealth solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive operational processes and effective coordination.

 

Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, track progress, and drive continuous improvement within product operations.

 

Stakeholder Communication: Provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business goals through effective communication with key stakeholders.

 

You will likely have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product operations or a related field with a strong track record of managing and optimizing operational processes.
  • Proven ability to build and lead teams, including experience in hiring, training, and talent development.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with experience in designing and implementing operational strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (product management, design, engineering, marketing) to drive operational success.
  • Proficiency in project management and process optimization with a focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and present updates clearly.

 

You may have:

  • Prior experience as a Product Manager, Designer, or Product Marketing Manager (strongly preferred).
  • Experience in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) or telehealth/healthcare technology sector.
  • Familiarity with advanced project management tools and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with data analytics and using performance metrics to inform operational decisions and improvements.
  • A history of innovation in developing new operational processes or systems that enhance product delivery.
