Reporting to our Sr. Director of HR Operations, the Sr. HR Analyst will perform complex tasks and administer specific functions within the HR Operations department. Specifically, this position will administer all leaves, configure the Learning Management System and ensure all compliance training is relevant and conducted upon hire and annually thereafter, and will administer or manager other key processes as mutually agreed upon. A high level of complex decision-making skills and discretion will be required in this role.

\n- Process and monitor leaves of absence and accommodation requests ensuring compliance and consistency with company policies and processes as well as local, state, and federal laws.
- Analyze our current leave processes and policies, make recommendations for enhancement, implement. Ensure changes are communicated in a timely and effective manner. Provide training when necessary.
- Manage all data entry audits in ADP WFN and other systems as identified to ensure timely and accurate entry as well as provide backup for data entry, as needed
- Reconcile benefit invoices in an accurate and timely manner
- Responsible for annual benefits open enrollment process including setup, testing, ensuring benefit guide is up to date and accurate, answering questions and helping employees through the process
- Assist with annual compliance reporting including EEO, CA Pay & ACA
- Initiate and manage workers’ compensation claims for assigned groups.
- Assist as needed in managing the HR Inbox
- Respond to emails and/or research with SME’s to ensure correct information is provided to the employee within two business days
- Assist as needed with various audits (i.e., 401k and SOC)
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or HHA exchange leader
- Travel up to 10%, including overnight travel
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in an HR Operations role, working on tasks with increased complexity, during that time. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience managing leaves of absences and/or accommodations.
- Experience administering a learning and management system and associated programs (i.e., compliance training programs).
- General understanding of Federal and state employment laws with specific knowledge of where to research and find information regarding existing and proposed employment laws and regulations
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, give excellent attention to detail and handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide solutions to solve complex problems and execute accordingly
The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $60,000-$75,000 not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
