About the Team:
Currently we have millions of sales funnels, websites, attributions, forms and survey tools for lead generation. Our B2B customers use these tools to bring in the leads to the HighLevel CRM system. We are working to continuously improve the functionality of these tools to solve our customers’ business needs. About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Manager to build and manage products and features for SMEs to accept payments. This includes managing core payments offering to ensure timely collection of payments, offer promotional discounts, common notifications system, taxes infrastructure, dynamic geography wise payment methods, gifting features and loyalty program. Highlevel's platform currently processes a total payment volume (TPV) of USD 100 million+ each month , and we’re expanding our product base faster than ever. As a Product Manager specializing in Payments, your role would involve overseeing enablement of the payment features from the core payments engine across all product areas to ensure smooth revenue collection for the business along with identifying metrics to track and measure performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, marketers, and customer success to define, prioritize, and deliver innovative solutions that enable customers to streamline and optimize their business processes.

\n- Establish the strategic direction and vision for HighLevel payments infrastructure
- Make informed decisions about product roadmaps based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize user requirements and feature enhancements.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and data analysis to gather insights and identify pain points and translate user needs into clear and actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery along with coordinating marketing efforts, and driving user adoption and engagement.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and updates to internal teams and stakeholders, including executives and act as a subject matter expert on reports, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external customers.
- Define and track key product metrics to evaluate product performance and drive data-driven decision-making along with monitoring customer feedback and conducting competitive analysis to identify areas for improvement
- You can deconstruct software products and highlight good UX from bad UX
- Experience as a Product Manager in Payment integrations with Stripe or related products along with experience in the payments domain will be preferred. Not mandatory though!
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline.
