Who You Are:

You are looking for an opportunity as a Senior Web Specialist to bring your abilities to assist in the designing, developing, testing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring of web-based and other technical aspects of marketing initiatives in support of the HighLevel Marketing team. This role will focus on website development, email campaigns, template creation, API connections, and data population.


To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of development standards, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Develop, test, document, and implement the technical aspects of marketing functions, including websites, emails, templates, API connections, and data population.
  • Develop and adhere to development standards that ensure the maintainability of sites and templates, supporting overarching company objectives.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new processes to improve efficiency and enhance technical productivity within the marketing department.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to provide insight and feedback to drive improvements.
  • Actively balance the work of multiple projects, assignments, and launches in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment.
  • Provide weekly status report updates for current projects.
  • Lead or coordinate small projects with the support of the marketing team.
  • Maintain a complete understanding of the complexities of CMS and other internal tools.
  • Contribute to the evolution of internal platforms and processes by providing feedback on toolsets, UI, best practices, and workflow optimization.
  • Other duties may be assigned.


What You'll Bring:

  • Must be available to permanently work US hours. 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday CST (which would be Mon-Fri 11pm-7am Philippine time or Mon- Fri 8:30pm-5:30am IST if the candidate is based in India).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in web development and technical aspects of marketing functions.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with CMS platforms and other internal tools.
  • Strong understanding of development standards and best practices.
  • A strong technical aptitude to help our users succeed with the HighLevel software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment.
  • Great at multitasking skills with the ability to plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be a go-getter, not afraid to ask questions, and take accountability.
  • Must be a quick learner and willing to take on challenging tasks.
  • Initiative to find the resources needed to be successful in this role.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience leading or coordinating small projects is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration, time-management and prioritization skills are critical to the success of this role.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally with teams and externally with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate well with colleagues and customers, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated approach to problem solving and conflict management.
