Responsibilities
- Assist American Express cardholders through various communication channels (phone, email, live chat) with their inquiries and concerns.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding account status, transactions, and benefits.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and provide feedback for service improvement.
- Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and enhance customer service skills.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve the overall customer experience.
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written; additional language skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a financial services or related industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
