Responsibilities
- Engage with guests via phone, email, and live chat to handle inquiries, reservations, and provide information about Hilton Hotels and its services.
- Address guests' issues and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a satisfying resolution.
- Assist with managing bookings and adjustments as needed to facilitate a seamless customer experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and follow-up purposes.
- Collaborate with team members and hotel staff to enhance service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on Hilton Hotels' offerings and service standards.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or hotel sector, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
