Responsibilities
- Assist customers through multiple communication channels (phone, email, live chat) with inquiries about Hilton's services and offerings.
- Manage hotel reservations, modifications, and cancellations while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Provide accurate information regarding Hilton's hotels, amenities, rewards program, and promotions.
- Handle guest complaints and issues with professionalism, aiming to resolve them effectively and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately for reference and quality assurance purposes.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on Hilton’s services and policies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer interaction quality.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, especially in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; additional language skills are a plus.
